Things I Love Thursday: 001

Hello Hello <3

<3: getting off work early: after an hectic day, its nice to be able to leave somewhat early! and i'm off tomorrow. win.

<3: brainstorming projects: i'm designing a website for a teacher (i might post some of the designs here) and a surprise logo for a fellow photography buddy.

<3: movie night: i plan on finishing lost season 1 (my third time watching it) then im going to watch valentine's day and a random indie flick, adoration.

<3: trying to NOT feel overwhelemed this semester: i start school in a few days....i plan on working on campus plus my job at the mall. and oh yeah, i have 16 credit hours. yikes.

four simple goals

one of the main reasons i decided to start blogging is thanks to abeautifulmess. i thought i would participate in the four simple goals challenge :)

1. learn how to sew. i own a sewing machine i never use. time to get crafty!

2. write write write. i'm taking a flash fiction workshop this semester (!!!). i'm not sure if i'll post anything hereeee but i want to write everyday. writing blog posts everyday should help but i want to write creative fiction also. & i want to submit my writing to at least one online magazine.

3. build this blog. this includes getting sponsored at other blogs, once i build up content & posts. and by january 2011, i hope to have sponsor spots on this blog! i want to have giveaways at least once a month also :). i want to write at least once a day in this blog :). maybe include daily outfit posts!

4. eat healthy. packing my lunch for school, drinking more water, etc. ya know.

Introduction!

hello! my name is reva & this is my little blog. i'm a twenty something year old from ohio. i've had a blog on and off since high school, so i thought it would be great to start up again :). i go to a typical four year uni and i love it. i studied graphic design at a community college. when i transferred, i fell in love with the women's studies department. now, i'm entering my last year of undergrad work. i'm a women's studies major with a minor in english (creative writing). i plan on applying to different grad programs. i work a simple job at the mall.

i plan on using this blog to document my last year of college. i have a strong interest in photography, so expect some photos once in awhile ;).
